Terms and Conditions
1)
Entry Open to all Worldwide.

Monday, 31st DECEMBER 2007, 23:59 GMT (Please remember your Time
Zones). Entries received after the
cut-off date and time would be rejected.
Needless to mention, the participation fees would be forfeited.
3)
There is no limit on the number of entries.
4)
Each entry must be accompanied with the participation fees of US$ 4.50
5)
The above amount can be paid through your Paypal A/c or through a
Credit
Card.
6)
The word limit is 1000 words. We will be flexible enough to accept up
to 1100 words. Anything above that is liable for rejection.
7)
Our emphasis is on Fiction. Any work which cannot be classified as
Fiction would be rejected and entry service charge forfeited.
8)
Please note that it is our own company panel that will decide on the
winners, as we have always done.
9)
The primary aim of this contest is to identify and nurture hidden
talent.
We may even decide to publish your story/ies in a novel form.
If that happens,
then you would receive 10% royalty divided amongst all the
writers whose
stories
would be published in one book. So it means that if we publish a book
with 12
stories written by 9 writers, you get 10/9 = 1.11%
royalty on every book sold.

Do not lose hope if you don’t win once. Read the other
entries and see
where you are going wrong. You can surely win.
11)
Participation Fees of US$ 4.50 is non refundable and non transferable
in
any condition. If you want to change or
make changes
to your submission, you
could do so but your previous submission would be deleted.
12)
MOST IMPORTANT: ALL ENTRIES SHOULD BE ORIGINAL. IF ANY CASE OF
PLAGIARISM
IS DETECTED, ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE
WRITER AND ALL WINNINGS, IF
APPLICABLE, WILL BECOME VOID.

70% of the total money collected would be remitted out as Prize money
amongst 17
talented winners.
14)
Submitting any entry automatically means that you have read and agree

mentioned herein.
