Ace One Publications is organizing an Online Short Story Writing Contest. This is a paid contest with a terrific 70% Payout ratio! For the month of JANUARY 2008, 
we are accepting entries till Monday, 31st DECEMBER 2007!

Who all are eligible?

This contest is open to everyone all over the world. While there are no pre-qualifiers like language, country, age etc, you must realize that we have our own parameters to judge the entries. And since the contest is in English, it becomes pretty obvious that any one with good writing skills and command over English language, stands a much better chance of reaching the shortlist than say, a non-native speaker. 
On the other hand, a non-native English speaker with an excellent grasp of the language and good writing skills stands an equal chance too.

How Can I Participate?

To Participate in Ace-1 Short Story Writing Contest, please follow the Steps below:

1) Click on the Paypal button below to pay the Entry Fee for JANUARY 2008 contest of US$ 4.50 per entry. This link will take you to the Paypal site. You can choose to pay either through your Paypal account (if you have one) or through your credit card. These transactions are absolutely secure.     

2) After paying the entry fees, you will be redirected to the CONTEST ENTRY FORM. You can then choose to either enter straightaway or send in your entry or entries anytime before Monday, 31st DECEMBER 2007 (23:59 PM GMT)

IMPORTANT - USE THE SAME EMAIL TO SEND YOUR ENTRY THAT YOU USED TO PAY AT PAYPAL.COM 

3) Remember the word limit is 1000 Words and the Genre is Fiction.

4) Please note that all Entries without a corresponding payment would be rejected. You NEED to pay BEFORE mailing in your Entries.

From the Long List, a panel of 3 judges will read through each and every story and choose the Top 17.
